Hello there!

I started my cybersecurity journey by getting kicked out of high school computing class for escalating privileges on the school Linux system and changing all the passwords to “peaches” (my friend’s dog). Since then, I’ve come a long way.

With a career spanning aerospace, telecoms, and automotive, I’ve spent over a decade diving deep into application security, Kubernetes, and cloud security. Now, as Chief AI Advocate at Stealth AI, I’m on a mission to simplify AI’s role in application security, tackling new risks and sparking innovation.

Outside of work, I co-host the YouTube channel wired_in, co-organize the DevSecOps London Gathering, and recently co-authored Cloud Native Application Protection Platforms (O’Reilly). I also co-host the DSO Overflow podcast and run my personal blog and podcast, Codifyre. And when I’m not immersed in tech, you might find me crafting beer reviews, or even representing Great Britain in Ultimate Frisbee.
